Gwen Sharpin wins CERETAS Home Care Worker of the year for the South East. Gwen began working for Meritum when she was 75. She completed her NVQ2 when she was 76 and is still going strong. Gwen said 'I was astounded to win the award. It's unbelievable at my age'
